The following actions are to be completed within 72 hours:

1. All monitoring operations shall cease immediately. No further recordings are to be made.
2. All equipment at the ECHO-1 facility shall be powered down and prepared for removal.
3. All recorded materials, including but not limited to audio tapes, signal logs, analysis reports, and personal notes, shall be collected, inventoried, and prepared for transfer to REDACTED.
4. All personnel shall sign the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (Form NDA-77-LP). Failure to sign will result in immediate detention pending security review.
5. All personnel shall undergo exit debriefing with REDACTED representatives before departure from the facility.
6. The ECHO-1 facility shall be decommissioned. REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED.
7. No copies of any project materials are to be retained by any personnel under any circumstances.

PERSONNEL REASSIGNMENT: All PROJECT LISTENER personnel will receive new duty assignments within 30 days. Assignments have been determined by REDACTED. Personnel are not to discuss their previous assignment with new colleagues under any circumstances.

VIOLATION PENALTIES: Unauthorized disclosure of any information related to PROJECT LISTENER is a violation of REDACTED and is punishable by REDACTED REDACTED REDACTED.
